What is purchase services?

Purchasing service is the buyer submit the product list and related shopping links to Best Muster for purchase. The supported e-commerce platforms are taobao, JD, Tmall, VIPshop, Paipai, Suning, and other e-commerce.

Through this service, Best Muster members will enjoy the benefits of purchasing services, including cheaper price, time costs, consolidation shipping fees, and the convenience of global shopping.

How to order?

1. Copy your products purchase link from ecommerce website and paste to the URL fields, and quantity order.
2. Please remark all details including products size, color or others related.
3. Buyer must fill up all information, including contact number and email.
4. Buyer also members of Best Muster and arrange the shipping through the system. (New Register)
5. After fill up all information and products, click “order confirm” to submit.
6. A summary of order will show in the page after submission. Please save the page as record.
7. Our customer services will contact you through whatsapp/wechat for the payment amount and bank account.
8. The purchase only will proceed after amount received. The amount is for purchase purpose.
9. Please login to Best Muster Members, and arrange the shipping to your address.
10. Purchase services are not including the consolidate shipment arrangement. Our customer services will only arrange the shipping to Best Muster Warehouse according your members account.
11. Purchase amount is calculate base on the currency rate and the amount will whatsapp/wechat you. (Example: RMB 354.50 x 0.69 = MYR 244.61; Selling price(including local shipping) RMB 354.50, currency 0.69, Payment Amount MYR 244.61)
12. No extra service charges for this purchase services.
